EDIT: Huh, weird…I just downloaded the MikroTik catalog and it does show 512MB of NAND flash on the RB850Gx2 now. I could swear it used to say something else. Did MikroTik change this, or is this a misprint?

You are right. They changed this. First version was with 128MB. Read this post from Normis:
