Software ID Change Frequently

Hi all,

We purchase lincese 2 days back (9-12-16) for bugfix 6.36.4. yesterday we configured NAS on it. but after that we found, every 15 mins it reset user details and Software ID.

Admin password reset to blank and other users removed. But my config remain same.

We cannot take backup of our config also.

can anyone help us to sort this issue.

For starters, what hardware?
You asked this in the Switch OS portion of the forum, but I rather suspect you are talking about a router and not a switch based on the software version.
