Software update happened to coincide with hardware failure

Edit: Support reached out and issued an RMA. They are treating it as a hardware failure.

There is no reference to if the update has anything to do with it.

Have a few CRS320-8P-8B-4S+RM in the field on routerOS 7.14 or so Work flawlessly.

Got a new install got everything running. Let it go for the day then updated the CRS320-8P-8B-4S+RM to 7.19.1.

Now the switch POE is messed up. I get strange errors saying that the PSU 1 has been removed? That would shut down the switch.

Controller errors is a new thing I have not seen in older RouterOS

@normis… support is ignoring the sup files I sent

I tried upgrading to the latest beta and the problem still occurs…

So anyone else using this switch… stay on the older RouterOS

There is no relation to the RouterOS upgrade. It was a hardware issue with PSU.
