[SOLVED] 6.35.2: configure script during netinstall missing after /system reset

Dear everyone,

on every brand new routerboard received, i always do netinstall with configure script as ‘default config’. i have been using this since v3.30, 4.17 and 5.26. the ‘default config’ always loaded after /system reset command issued.

but when i use the same schema on 6.35.2 with netinstall 6.35.2, the ‘default config’ from configure script always well loaded as expected on first reboot. but the mentioned ‘default config’ always missing after /system reset command.

i tried this till 6 times and still the same result.

has anyone using this ‘configure script’ and find the same problem like me ?

edit: so you use your own config, and want it to become default? which product do you mean right now? this might be different for different boards

i am using the brand new RB433AH.

a few minute ago, i try the old RB433AH with the same version of netinstall, and the same ROS version; all of them 6.35.2
and it works fine. so perhaps this is not the software problem ? but hardware problem ?

Make sure also the Netinstall is up to date and matches the software version

i do not know what was wrong…
i just open the box, unplug the wireless card and unscrew the board and than put them back as it should be.
than netinstall again with the same ROS version and it works.

Not sure how to explain that. Maybe reboot was interrupted, or some other mistake was made. Glad to see you fixed it.
