Some DHCP Clients are not getting internet!!!

Hello,

I have a Mikrotik RB450G which I use in my office premises. I configured that routerboard seeing many references from this forum. It works all fine but at some point the routeros have been corrupted for some reason. Then I re-installed the routeros using netinstall and restore my configuration. The routeros I used all the time is 5.26 with level 5 license. After the restoration of the configuration file I can see that some of the static DHCP lease clients are not getting internet and also local access at all (Only have static DHCP leases). When I connect a computer in the local network the DHCP server of my routerboard assign it an IP address but doesn’t give it both internet and local access. Maybe only 2-3 PCs are getting internet and local access. More PCs than that are bounded with an IP address by the DHCP but have given no access to internet and local network at all. When I diagnose my local area connection it says: Your computer is configured correctly, DNS Server is not responding. But two or three PCs on the same network are both internet and local access. After then I used the routeros ping system and pinged the local IP of the PCs which don’t get the access to internet and local network. In result I get huge packet loss on those computers and some timeout too but during ping reply I can see both internet and local access in that PC. Pinging brings the local access of those PCs but when I stopped pinging, again the internet and local access goes off. The problem seems very weird to me. Please guys help me with this problem.

My configuration have been attached to this post.
