SOME DOUBTS AROUND BYPASS USING WINBOX

Hi guys, well, one more doubt here.
By the way, i’m a new user on MIkrotiks devices, and i apologize if any question here looks like so foolish.

I’m structuring a Google For Class at a school, with almost 30 Chromebooks.
I have here, 4 different MAC prefixes from all those Chromebooks.
My question here is: is it possible create an Bypass over the Winbox using just the 3 initials prefixes?

Example: All devices that contains the prefix AA:BB:CC, will receive IPs starting at 10.20.1.1 and finishing at 10.2.1.10

Is that possible?

You could create a mac based vlan and assign a DHCP Server to that VLAN.
