I’m using RB with a modem and Wifi
I want to be able to get to the controllers using the internet
what do I have to do to make it work?
do I have to use another router to connect to my computer that will be in the same network? 10.0.0.X?

yes, with mikrotik you will disable=no to make route anywhere..!!! and put your rb on public interface to make easy manage for all. good luck.!
