some issue with Sierra MC8790V channels

hello,
until now I have used the modem channels as Data=5,Info=3
today I bought 15 units of it - and I can’t reach to this channels . only up to channel 3,otherwise it said no such channel!
so I config : Data=3 , Info=2.
is it O.K? someone else have this problem? how can I fix it?

check if other channels are working fine.
Maybe those other cards uses different firmware revision, try comparing them.

I have the same firmware for all modems (old and new ) .
if I put channels 2,3 it’s working fine (connected since yesterday and it’s good)

I afraid that it’s will stuck or something when I press “Info”

there is no reason it will do something like this , right?

all depends on the cards firmware - if it likes or not when you are sending AT commands (which is done when the info command is running).
