Some times internet not work

Hello,

My router ROS 6.34.3 (x86) have two ISP connection ISP-1 is PPPoE connection=2mb and ISP-2 is static broad band connection=5mb with load balance.

My problem is : Some times user do not get internet/internet speed very slow. But this time if I disable ISP-1 PPPoE connection then user get full internet speed as per require. I do not understand why make this problem. so pl help me how to solve the problem.

Do you have a failover setup?

Post a

/interface export hide-sensitive
/ip export

and a

/ip route print

otherwise we would be just guessing here.
