Somebody Help Me Out... UM is really depressing

I have the following problem. When radius server (UM) disconnects the user the profile assigned to the user is also removed from the user but not from the profiles.

Is there anybody to help me out???

the time 0:00:00-8:13:59 in just 1 day, in other day username test1 can’t login
if username test1 login at 1:00:00, user test1 session timeout at 3:00:00.

time same with config 0:00:00-8:13:59

Validity=30d
Uptime=Unlimited
time config=00:00:00-7:59:59

I have 7 users for that config, I am getting the same problem. The snapshot is just for testing purpose. I give this account for the users who want to test my internet connection before buying a package.

I want to know your winbox so:

and after login usermanager click your router, for secure don’t forget blur ip address and shared secret. I want to know your time zone

limitation time just 0:00:00-8:13:59, why you enable CoA support? I got problem with CoA support because nothing time left user in winbox.
If your choice starts:now, accountime begin after you created user
If your choice starts:At first Logon, accountime not begin before user login but you still know when you created user (check payment, example user test1)
More detail user login/logout you can see in session and search type user test1 etc.
My user still can login in other day. My problem just report payment (I have check different payment UM v5.6- v5.8 and compare with excel program. in report payment choice total&price is wrong )and if user like you (I mean user test1) login at 07:00:00-09:00:00 without logout user test1 still access internet. Just waiting routerOS v5.9 or above :slight_smile:

I don’t know why, maybe from my config. I have 2 different login and different ip and pppoe (all user from Usermanger). If my user login hotspot user can’t login with pppoe, if my user login by pppoe they can’t login hotspot. I use queuetree pcq for limitation bandwith

That means, if I disable the CoA, the actual profile of my users wouldn’t be lost. Are you suggesting that??? If so, I will try that too.

Solved…

Disabling the CoA doesn’t solve my problem.

But, I made a script to logout active session of hotspot user and schedule it to run before the UM does.

I update my RB750 V5.13 but the problem is.
because i have various group(10-12,13-14,8-12, . . .) i can not use script.
I AM VERY SORRY FOR MIKROTIK SUPPORT WITH THIS BAD BUG AND DISAPPOINTED FROM UM SO I SHOULD USE ANOTHER USER ACCOUNT SOFTWARE.

I send an email to support@mikrotik.com about the problem and recive below reply:

You have profile for one hour. After profile is expired, you need to assign new
profile to the particular client.
