this is SO pure marketting … I can write all the same for RouterOS but it would mean nothing. yes you can do this in RouterOS, but it depends on a lot of things. there is no magic switch device which does it all automagically.

i want priority for IMing and Web Browsing.

how’s this … mark the desired traffic (use mangle) and mark the rest of the traffic. make queues for both, set priorities on the queues.

I’d love to see them proove that statement - whoever it is… 1mb is 1mb is 1mb. NO software will magicallymake it 4mb :unamused:

“up to 400%” is relative statement after all.
