Special login periodically sends out 0x00 characters

For RouterOS versions 7.16.1 and later, when special login is configured to access the device's serial port, RouterOS will send the 0x00 character to the terminal at a frequency of approximately 1 Hz. Although this character is invisible in the terminal, it will interfere with the operations related to serial port data collection of devices connected to the port.
