We have two groups of users for the Dude. The ones that monitor the backbone and the support team for end users. I want alarms specified by user group. So if a backbone device goes down it alarms both the backbone and support team. But if a End users router goes down I want only support to be alarmed. Is this possible?
You can create different probe for Support and Backbone group, probes can monitor the same option (ping/ssh/etc.), but backbone group probe will not be applied for end users devices.
