specific package only

hello normis

i have question for you, it is safe or its not conflict? if i downgrade a specific package only let say i downgrade my hotspot to 3.17 and my current package now is 3.22.

It won’t work. The upgrade/downgrade system will not permit mixed versions of packages. It would not be reliable anyway! All packages would have to be the same version.
