Spectral Scan - what Frequency to choose ?

I don’t know how this spectral scan works, what is the best frequency too choose from in my case ? Thank you

according
black color has least noise (it’s perfect)
then blue
then green
then yellow
then red.

if black color appears on the picture you can choose this frequency because it’s very good and it has the fewest noise, if it doesn’t appear you can choose blue color and so on…
