I am experiencing strange behavior on CCR1036-12G-4S routers. I have multiple of them and all of them showing the same problem.
I was remotely installing servers and noticed that the download speed on the router is 1.5Mbps. Eth1(WAN) is connected to provider network and is given public IP the speeds should be no less than 100Mbps. There are multiple devices connected to other Eth ports.
To rule out a problem with the server that I was deploying I simply tried to upload file to mikrotik(MT) ssd using winbox and again it was sitting at 1.5Mbps. While that file was being uploaded I opened another winbox connection from other PC and started uploading another file to MT this file was also uploding at 1.5MBps. The upload speed of the other file did not drop. I can see that my total Rx on WAN port is 3Mbps. While these were uploading I started installing server as before and again it was at 1.5Mbps. So the total Rx was at 4.5Mbps but each connection looked to be capped at 1.5Mpbs.
There are no Queues configured and only some very basic FW rules. I tried adding Fastrack but that made no difference. RouterOS versions tried 6.47.3, 6.46.6, 6.46.3
Any ideas what could be causing this?
