I am searching way to split internet speed between users. For example - my MikrtoTik RB2011UiAS is used by 2 client and speed is 1000 kbps. I would like to split it on 2 clients (50/50) and one client will have 500 kbps even if he/she will start downloading something. If client amount will be 10, each client will have 100 kbps even if all of them will start downloading something. And I want it to be fully automatic. I must set DHCP to max client 20 and it must split speeds automatically depending on DHCP client amount… I want to know best ways for this. Topics, wiki anything will be helpful.

It does not matter if you have ADSL, fibre, satellite, dial up or whatever…
