Not sure if we are looking for the same but I am looking for dynamic bandwidth script which will ignore typical browsing but will give a client for example 7Mb for 15mins (this for normal updates ?), then it will reduce to 3Mb and after 30mins of continuous downloading the speed will reduce to 1Mb and this script is active only during peak usage hours 5 to 11pm daily. I would like help on this.
