Speed on Access Point

Hi

I just bought a 2011UAS-2HnD to replace my netgear access point. I have used Quick to setup my Mikrotik as AP (Bridge), and just put in the necessary settings and nothing else.

In front of my Mikrotik I have a Cisco ASA.

I have a 15/15 MB Internet Connection
I have used speednet to test my speed on my Netgear, and I get 9.16 MB up and 16 MB down. (same setup, with a Cisco ASA in front)

The max I get on my Mikrotik is 11.83 MB Down and only 2.89 MB up?

Has anyone an idea to get a better upload speed?

Are you wireless connect?

Have you the same result with a cable?

How is the routerboard configured
