Sometime ago someone from MT mentioned about this will be implemented in V3. Will this be available soon?
Do you mean to allow Fair Usage/Access Policy or in other words GoS (Grade of Service Policy), and service speed will be downgraded from x/y to x2/y2 if a subscriber consumed xx bytes for a portion of time (x minutes,x hours or x days) and then releasing them after that ?
