SPF Module not detected on startup RB4011

I have a RB4011iGS+5HacQ2HnD revision 2, software 6.49.6

The SPF module is 10 G tek, ASF GE2-T

The module worked 100% correctly on RB2011, however on the 4011 is not seen at restart.

If ejected and reinserted the module is seen and becomes operational. However, if the router is restarted again the SFP is left offline, until ejected and re-inserted.

Any suggestions ?

try on script, after 10 seconds delay from start, disable and re-enable the spf
