Splashtop Streamer/Client not working.

I had setup Splashtop Streamer/Client a few days ago on another network without a mikrotik router.

I managed to get Splashtop Streamer/Client working, so I moved the Streamer PC to another network, this one with a mikrotik router.

Since then, it has not been working.

I’ve learned from Splashtop Support that ports 6783-6785 must be opened. I have made attempts to do this from the firewall tab, but so far have not had any luck.

any help would be appreciated.
