hi guys i recently obtaining a internet link via vsat but for down link only and for the uplink i use leased line connection. the leased line bw is 64K for up and down, i’m planning to use the vsat for my primary downlink i use mk2.8.28 for routing, so far i still can’t split traffic from my internal network. any one ever try this?
ps: i get 512k from vsat for my downlink 
may i know what your mikrotik configuration right now, and what ver u used .. basicly to do that u only need to put your ip addres from your dvb at mikrotik and put def gateway tou your lease line, just make sure that your leased line provider can allow to pass your dvb network.
This is VERY important, I had a lot of problems about 3 yrs ago with sat downlink, and the solution was to ask my uplink ISP to pass my IP packets with source address that is from satellite ISP.
Biting77, check this first with your upstream ISP, and if they ARE blocking, give them the IPs you got from yout sat ISP and ask to pass them
