SR5 and rb333 no boot

Installed a new SR5 on a new RB333 and the board would not get past the jumping to kernel (viewed in console). Put a CM9 on the board and it would boot. Upgraded to RC9 and same. Put a SR2 in and it would boot. Put the same SR5 back in and finally it would boot but got three beeps. No supout the first two tries since the board would not boot. Have sent a supout on the last when the board finally booted.

I have read this a bit about the 333 not booting so well.

What if you tried a larger power pack?

Its rated for a 12 - 28v poe and I am running it on a regulated 18v poe.

The power supply needs to have enough current for the high power cards – AMPs.

power supply is rated at 1A.

I think that may be pushing it…
