Hi there has any one try to use the 3.3v of the ATV power supply plug.
And remove the 3.3v regulators of 4 way mini pci card hook cable up from the 3.3v from pci card to atx power supply.
As i have just got some 8amp 3.3 regulators in and was going to hook them up to the 12v output on atx power supply to run 4-8 SR5 wireless cards.

This is a good idea… install a power supply plug and disable
internal regulator only for high power miniPCI installed.
RB502 without able to use up to 4 SRx is crazy or bad solution..

Hummmm.. May be good, maybe bad. I think it would all depend on the traces on the circuit board. If they are beefy enough then this might work but if not, it is hard to put the smoke back in the box once it is out
