Cant find the answer in the forums after searching for a few mins… does the SR71-15 card require any changes to tx powers in RouterOS?

Wondering if I’m getting full power by leaving it on default, or if I’m overdriving the card.

Default is the setting recommended by MT and should always provide maximum power with out over driving the card.
becuase it is ubnt is it a 10db offset? Im sure routeros doesnt know the sr71-15 specifically.
a 10db offset would make 29db which would overdrive that card.
i still think there is something not right here…
SR71-15 on RouterOS 4.5:

R52N on RouterOS 4.5:

What do these columns mean? Tx Power is probably the setting in RouterOS thats used, Real TX Power which I thought was with the offset added, and Total TX … not sure what that means. The r52n claims 320mw (and so does the H version?) and the SR71 claims 500mw, yet they seem so close in numbers on these pics. I also read something about the high power only being used on certain freqs, is that build into the eeprom of the card, or in routeros? and would that affect the values on the pics?
I’ve also thought about that how Mikrotik has it put in a way that can not give a specific answer! So, what IS the real TX power, “Real TX or Total TX” ![]()
