SR9 power level settings

On the SR9 card should I be using manual TX power with the TX power list off of Ubiquiti’s datasheet, or default?

I saw that with the cards set to default the G speeds power levels would pump up and down. Down being 10!
So I set the card rate to 28 and it works ok.
