Over the past week, I have seen Mac addresses that are very simular to mine, only out by 1-2 digits. Detected by the AP when doing a scan. Has anyone else seen this kind of action. I am using WDS AP Bridge for a P2P. Yes my WDS is set to Static on the AP. This is the standard example offered on the Mikrotik training site. Should I be adding any other type of AP/CPE security… and if so how should I configure. I’m getting nervous, I think other local operators may be trying to hack my AP by possibly cloning my Mac… if this is a possibility.
