can someone confirm if SSH or TELNET works fine with this new release?! I’m trying to access my mikrotik remotely throw SSH or TELNET but it does not work even does not show anything in logs.
NOTE: it works from local network but not from out side throw PPPOe and i do not have forward rules or filter rules.

did you try it from outside local network?
SSH from outside local network works properly.
Probably your firewall config lacks ‘accept’ rule for SSH in ‘input’ chain on WAN/PPPoE interface.

it seems that my internet provider is blocking my SSH port 
You can change the SSH and TELNET ports to any port that you want. Perhaps you can find some ports that are not blocked by your ISP and change SSH and TELNET to those ports.
