ssh still allows user login without key

Version 7.13.4

I have added public key to the MT but user can login over ssh without the private on the remote host. :open_mouth:
Someone else had a similar issue but not sure if it was resolved?

I have ensured “Always Allow Password Login” is not ticked in Winbox under /ip/ssh.

This is a serious problem when it comes to secure remote access.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Most likely key was not imported correctly. Send supout.rif file to support and we can check, or post here user ssh key print

Thanks for the fast response. You were right about the key import. I forgot to use the PEM format. MT is now working as it should.
