SSID disappears when CAPsMan takes over Wifi interfaces

Newbie here.

I have AX3 router set up as follows:

  1. Default config except:
    A. WAN set up as DHCP Client with NAT masquerade: and
    B. A basic Configuration that is provisioned to both Wifi1 and Wifi2 Interfaces.

Router shows both Wifi1 and Wifi2 are "managed by CAPsMAN and Router is connected to internet; However, as soon as the CAPsMAN begins managing the Wifi interfaces, I loose all SSIDs. In other words, no wireless devices will recognize any SSIDs from the router.

Any ideas on what issue might be?

I assume you are running capsman on that AX3 device itself ?
Can’t do that. Capsman can not manage local interfaces.

You need to set the local interfaces to be managed locally.
Other caps devices will use the same config, managed by capsman.
Roaming will work since all interfaces (local and capsman managed) are handled by the same ROS instance.
