SSID not broadcasting

Hi All

HAPac2 router in use

Moved ISPs, I was asked to reset the router, we couldn’t configure it. After resetting the SSID stop broadcasting. Please could I get some assistance in getting the SSID to broadcast. Please note I’m not technically inclined but I can follow instruction very well.

Can you access the device using webfig (webbrowser) or Winbox ?

Are both 2Ghz and 5GHz radios not transmitting ?
When certain frequencies are being used for 5GHz it can take several minutes before it appears due to radar detection checks (even up to 15 minutes)
