SSIDs not broadcasting. Any advice?

Hi everyone. I’m new to MikroTik. I had help setting up my gear (CCR2004-16G-2S+PC router, CRS326-24G-2S+RM switch, and two cAP ax access points). Everything appears to be working, but the cAPs are not broadcasting their SSIDs. The person who helped me with the setup also can’t figure it out. Below are some screenshots of the router and cAP. cAP1 is plugged into port 14 on the router, and cAP2 is connected into port 15. I’d appreciate any advice to solve my issue. I thank you in advance for your help and support.

Hard to tell from those screenshots ... (I was thinking to remove them but decided to let them be)

I assume you are using both devices in cap mode ?
Then we need config (at least from wifi part) from capsman controller and config from 1 cap device (assuming the other one is configured the same).

/export file=-anynameyouwishcapsman (and anynameyouwishcap for the other one)
Move to your PC
Obfuscate serial and passwds and ...
Paste contents here in between code quotes < / >

Most likely, the WIFI package isn't installed on the access points. Go to the “System” tab and check the “Packages” section.

Also, update all devices to at least version 7.21.4 at the same time.

From the screenshot, caps are at 7.18.2 and that should be factory version then.
So while still possible, I would be highly surprised if wifi package was not present.
Nevertheless, definitely something to check ! Doesn't take much time.

I don't know of any other reason why all Wi-Fi interfaces are missing on the CAP ax.

I suggest to take a look at [WiFi -> WiFi -> Configuration -> CAPsMAN] and [WiFi -> WiFi -> Configuration -> CAP] on the CAPsMAN and the CAP respectively. These are found over to the right of the window. Check that CAPsMAN or CAP are enabled as appropriate.
