Depends on what you mean.
It’s not technically feasible to brute force an SSL certificate. Depending on the network security it is possible to deploy a man-in-the-middle attack since most people completely ignore SSL warnings, or to spoof a Hotspot login page and pass on captures credentials without generating a user warnings.
