Has anyone else had this issue? We are running 6.37.3 and have the problem with https website just timing out after logging in through a normal http hotspot. We have tested exactly the same config on a RB750 running 6.28 and there are no such issues.
We cannot downgrade the hEX router to 6.28 as it just fails so I am now wondering if anyone else has come across this problem? Is it a firmware or a hardware issue? Anybody else out there with this problem?
Is it trying the redirect? For example when you goto the page before logging in. Or is it not loading ssl sites after user is fully logged in?
It is not going to SSL sites after being fully logged in.
Try disabling the hotspot and check if the problem still occurs with normal browsing. Could be a separate issue to hotspot?
Without the hotspot SSL works fine. I had to dig up some old RB750s to fix this problem.
I now have this same problem with RB2011UiAS on 6.38.3
