SSTP connection drop every 2 minutes

Hi,
I have a bunch of SSTP site-to-site from my customers Mikrotiks to my office (also Mikrotik).
I have a problem with one of them: every 2 minutes the connection drop and then come back after a couple of seconds. The problem exists since the installation of the Mikrotik on customer side in 2013, it happens with different RouterOS versions and with different boards (on my side and on customer side). The only way to stop this from happening is to do something of customer side (for example disable and enable one ethernet interface), but the problem come back when the connection reset (for example if I restart my router or the customer restart its one).
Can you point me in the right direction to stop this from happening?

Does anyone else have this problem?

Enable logging for SSTP. Anything interesting in there? I’ve used site-to-site SSTP VPNs, they tend to last a few days at the longest but I never notice the re connection.

That’s what is happening: the client establish SSTP connection with the server (in my office). After one minute (as per default keepalive timeout), the client check the connection with the server, but after another minute there is no more data passing through the VPN even if the tunnel is up, so the client disconnects and then reconnects. The strange thing is that this is happening only with that customer, and all my customer have the same configuration on their Mikrotik and run the same version.
