I’ve been using SSTP tunnels to establish VPNs to remote sites where setting up port forwarding and/or static IP addressing isn’t practical. They’ve worked well but I’ve noticed that if my router, acting as the SSTP server, is down for a while, the tunnels don’t come back up without resetting the interface on the client, or rebooting.
Is there any way to make SSTP clients keep trying periodically to re-establish a connection?
