Howdy. My ISP recommended one of your routers, i got the RB951G one with wi-fi and all…we configured it pretty much ok, we now block 90% of the unwanted (DDOS) traffic, but only about 5% of SSYN floods gets captured… i would like to know if you can share or create or whatever it’s called (since i’m new to this) rules to block SSYN flood since i get lots of IPs flooding me from all ip ranges from 1.x.x.x to 240.x.x.x and it’s unbearable i can’t run my server, because of these DDOS attacks. 99% of the ssyn floods (at least that i’ve gotten) are all 60 bytes each, but i have no idea if this is packet size or connection size , Anti-DDOS guardian software that i have shows incoming bytes 60, outgoing bytes 0… it’s a small traffic but when u get flooded by 14-20 ips per sec each with 60 bytes you know what happens…i’d like to block these 60 byte SSYN flooding IPs and i’ll be 100% ready to go with the server since this is the only type of flood i haven’t stopped yet.
Thank you.
