Standard Hotspot setup or PPPoP with Hotspot? Or Other

Hi

Which of those setups would you recommend and why?

I have just standard hotspot configured with 4.10 Test User Manager ( many problems with this UM version , DON"T install it is betta ). I see lot of people use the PPPoP for hotspot. Should i use that to?

PPPoE and Hotspot are fundamentally different things. One requires you to have a username and password ready, the other allows ad hoc purchases.

I assume that PPPoE is good setup when you user CPE devices, instead in shorter range pc or laptops that are good for Hotspot when let people buy sign up, do all the work by them self.

Is that correct thought?
