For customers getting a static IP address, I’m interested to setup a static DHCP lease that applies to their Option 82 Remote ID. Then, the customer could connect any device to their service, and always get the same DHCP address. I understand this can be done with PPPoE, but we are running DCHP for our customers.
How can this be configured? I cannot find examples of such a configuration, but perhaps I am not searching for the correct terms.
