After a cut of energy i lost the static DNS entries. Is a bug? Does someone know because?
The hardware is RB1200 (ppc v5.20).
Could be memory corruption from cut of energy.
There exists some way of avoiding it? Because after restored a backup the static DNS entries did not recover?
you can reboot the router to ensure that whole configuration is written to NAND.
Can you shed some light on how exactly did this happen, how many entries did you add and how many of them where corrupted after power failure. How long after you entered static DNS entries did power failure occurred?
