Hello,
We have a few CRS125-24G-1S switches. We have WAN IP blocks and want to assign static IPs to servers plugged into switch ports.
Here’s an example what I’m trying to do:
ether1 is uplink port and has some /24 WAN IP spaces.
ether2 has a server with 50.40.30.20/32
ether3 has a server with 50.40.30.21/32 and 60.50.40.30/32
ether4 has a server with 60.50.40.31/32
All slave ports should have one or more static /32 subnet IPs. We’re configuring servers with static routes. We can use all the servers with this setup. But to secure networks we have to configure our router. We don’t want a server to be able to use another server’s IP address. All servers must only use their own assigned IP addresses to communicate.
We tried so many things on the router but cannot achieve that. I will be very happy if you suggest best secure and easy solution to setup this router.
