Static Ips and Nat

Hi.
I have the following seup.
Eth1 62.38.167.2/25 (Lan Interface)
Eth2 192.168.1.1/24
Nat Router 192.168.1.254 /24 Port Eth2 (DSL Line)
Eth3 62.38.167.3/25
Cisco Router 62.38.167.1/25 Port Eth3 (Leased Line)
Eht2 Has masquarading enabled.
I have a clients behind Eth1 interface with ip range 62.38.167.0/25.
I cant enable nat on eth3 as it wouldnt allow me to use static ips.
I do a policy routing so basically one type of packets is passed through Nat router and some should pass through Cisco router with static ip of the client.
The problem is that i dont know what i should do in order the routing to work between 62.38.167.3 and 62.38.167.1.
Can anybody help?

What about Bridging Eth1 and Eth3, and giving the Bridge interface IP 62.38.167.2

Thank you for your response.
Yes thats possible and i tried it (not exactly as you suggesting) but it seems that mikrotik didnt mangle the traffic correctly after that. And i was not able to descriminate the traffic comming from lan. I will do reconfiguration and try again but if there any other way i would really like to hear it.
