Static routing problem

I have set a static /30 to a vlan that has a cisco router on the other side, on the other side of the cisco is a /28. There is no nat involved. I have static routes set to the /28 also (via the cisco and its vlan). When ever my RouterOS is rebooted I can no longer access the /28 unless I manually disable and enable the static route for it. I can access the /30 addresseses but not the /28.

sorry, i am not sure about the scenario. perhaps a drawing will be helpful.

could you print your mikrotiks routing configuration?
did you try using a routing protocol like RIP or OSPF too?

bye.
