Hi!
We’ve got the 2 Mikrotik Routers for VPN between Office and DataCenter(DC).
- DC - Mikrotik CCR1036-12G-4S (tile) v6.2
- Office - Mikrotik CCR1016-12G (tile) v6.2
This schema worked a few years, but yestarday we discovered that traffic between DC Net 10.199.0.0/16 and Office Net 10.77.0.0/16 didn’t pass.
I cold ping from hosts into 10.77.0.0/16 to 10.199.0.0/16
I coldn’t ping form hosts in 10.199.0.0/16 to 10.77.0.0/16
We rebooted both router. After rebooting we had it:
It wasn’t ping from hosts into 10.77.0.0/16 to 10.199.0.0/16
It wasn’t ping form hosts in 10.199.0.0/16 to 10.77.0.0/16
It was ping from any host of both nets(office and DC) to any IP address any interfaces of both routers.
After disabling and enabling route to 10.199.0.0/16 on Mikrotik CCR1016-12G everything became OK. Why?
