Static routing

I had no idea where to put this topic, wo if it’s wrong place, please move it to the proper one.

I have a ADSL modem in bridged mode (AirLive WT-2000 ARM) and RB411 linked by ethernet cable working as PPPoE client and router/gateway. Now, as the modem is in the small house, where my guests sometimes are sleeping, I would like to use the wirleless of AirLive and let the guests use the access to the Internet. Is there any possibility to set the static route somehow, so they can access the Internet?

I know, I can switch the modem to normal mode and turn off the PPPoE client on RB411, but I’d rather like not to do it.

This forum are mikrotik forum, if you need help configuring airlive, go to airlive forum.

MikroTik is PPPoE client. Is it possible to direct the access to the Internet from the bridged modem via MikroTik router/gateway?

It may be possible if the ADSL modem allows it. Basically, the interface your ppp client dials out, set up DHCP server etc on that as well. Make sure the gateway is the routerboard, then the routerboard can still manage NAT. Its not the best and cleanest config but is possible.
