Static Routing

Hi Guys,

I need help with the following please, can someone give me an idea how/what to do here, I’m very unfamiliar with IP routing etc. I’m wanting to use static routes instead of 1:1 NAT

I’m trying to achieve this setup initially, but I’ll be adding extra Draytek Routers with public IP addresses from the same range. I might also need to give a single Draytek router more than one public IP.

I’m unsure of what internal IP’s and ranges to use on the MikroTik (or if any are infact needed)

Can I achieve this with PPPoE or do the Draytek routers have to be manually assigned?

Sorry I know very little about these MikroTik routers and IP routing in general but I can follow instructions/guides.

Thanks!

It will be most flexible when you put everything in bridge mode (make bridge on the MikroTik router and
each WiFi device), but of course bridging can have scalability problems.

However, routing such small subnets is not easily possible. An alternative is to use proxy-arp.

Thanks for the reply.

I’m looking not to split the subnet up even further, I need to utilise as many of the IP’s as possible but to begin with there may only be 2 or 3 Draytek routers attached with their own public IP address.
