Station - Connect to best AP

Hi, i have a RB433AH and 2 RB R52Hn
The senario
I have mounted the kit in my boat, i configured one wifi as station to the marinas free net, and one as AP for my NMEA network och monitor system.
But when i leaving the marina i whant to aoutoconnect to my cellphone as the marina wifi is disconected.

So is it possibly ro set up som kind of Station - Connection list with specific SSID and Passwords ???
