i wann to creat vpn connection with two RB411. Both radio has the live ip with different ISP. Please tell the detail configuration to do this

Ok , i have two locations both having public ip . i just wann to connect them as it feels like they are on lan. I shoul be able to share printers and files even the share folders of the pc . Please tell me the configration to do this. i will be very thank full
To simulate ethernet you can use EoIP tunnel, but note that both ends have to be Mikrotik routers because it is Mikrotik proprietary protocol.
