Stopping AnchorFree Hotspot Shield ?

I am using web proxy in Mikrotik 3.2 OS to block some sites, but
my clients uses “AnchorFree Hotspot Shield” to access these sites.

Is there is some way to block using “AnchorFree Hotspot Shield” software

You may have to load a copy, and sniff the connections and find the IPs/ports that they are proxying to and block them…
